Junior Bible Quiz Honors

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."  Colossians 3:23, 24

Our quizzers and officials do work hard!  And they do it unto the Lord, not for their own glory.  Nonetheless, they deserve recognition for a job well done!  Here are some of the awards our JBQ quizzers and officials have earned.

Bible Master Award

The Bible Master Award is the final step of the national Seal program.  A quizzer first moves through the Discoverer, Searcher, and Achiever Seal levels as they master the 576 questions and answers of the official Bible Fact-Pak used in Junior Bible Quiz. 

The quizzer takes a test consisting of 60 randomly-chosen questions from the Fact-Pak.  Only one error is allowed!  Fewer than 4000 quizzers worldwide have earned this award since its inception nearly 30 years ago.

101 Club

The North Texas District presents its very own award to quizzers who can perfectly quote at least 101 of the 107 scriptures in the Bible Fact-Pak.  Quizzers receive a cool patch to wear on their team shirt!

Circle of the Sword - Honoring our Officials

Officials set the tone and keep the order of each quiz match.  Well-trained and godly officials can help make a difficult situation much easier.  For this reason, the North Texas District wishes to recognize and honor officials who have taken up the quest to become members of "The Circle of the Sword".

Officials must progress through increasingly difficult levels of mastery.  They must learn the JBQ questions and answers and also master the official JBQ guidelines for running a quiz meet.  Here is complete information about the Circle of the Sword, including the requirements for each level (and a list of our current members)
